I attended the last class and wasn't sure what to expect. This was my first BBQ class ever and I'm truly glad I went. Troy presented the class very
well and covered topics that I would not have considered a concern but found out differently. All aspects of the brisquet were discussed from what to
look for and most importantly what not to do. I'm looking forward to other class offerings and plan to advise friends and family about this unique
training experience that you won't find anywhere else locally. That in itself is a huge savings not having to travel far distances to learn first hand
about BBQ techniques. Thanks Troy. See ya at the next one. Perry

Anyone interested in learning the steps on how to cook briskets or just want to improve upon their own knowledge, needs to take this class! Very
informative and hands on experience, great taste testing. The time goes by quick, but plan on 4-5 hours for the class. I took my husband who does not
engage in BBQ'n (other than eating it), and he even enjoyed it. We are looking forward to the next class on Ribs & Chicken. Only reason Troy
did not get a 5 star rating from us was the directions on the website to the location of the class. Needs to be marked better for future students. All
thumbs up for the class however. Folks, don't miss out on this one.
