Traeger Grills.
If you are not satisfied with your Traeger grill for any reason you may return it as long as it is still NIB. Used grills will not be allowed for return. Customer will pay shipping costs for returns.
If grill is damaged, you must contact us within 24 hrs to start the claim. Failure to contact us will void your ability to return. Grills are being shipped directly from the manufacture to you. The Alaska BBQ Supply will contact them on your behalf. We will contact you within 7 days to make restitution. Please take photos of the damage for your protection!
All Other Items.
For all other items the return policy will be with description. If not, then the only reason for return will be for damaged items and you must notify us within 24hrs.
