I finally bought a 16 oz jar of the Alaskan Umami sweet and spicy (hot. It is sensational! i had seen it a couple of times and held off as i thought
it was not in my budget. but the other day we made a huge stack o' ribs for a party and the recipe i was going to use for sauce called for some steak
sauce-which we didn't have- or umami sauce. so i bought a bottle and we used a rub and then the sauce for dipping(skipped the sauce)--everyone there
will be rushing to buy some now. the hot does have some bite to it, but not overwhelming...today for lunch i added a little to some cooked beet
greens-a bit on my plate with the hot greens on top-WOW!
