Where: Pioneer Park, Fairbanks Alaska
Details: Need I say anything other than IT IS THE STATE CHAMPIONSHIP! Set up time starts Saturday at 8:00 am. Saturday’s events will include the Alaska Seafood and Best Steak Competitions. The BBQ Championship categories will include Chicken, Pork Ribs, Pork Shoulder/Butt, Beef Brisket, and Sauce. Turn in times will be announced during the event.
